No tides. It's fed partly by a distant reservoir. In winter and early spring the water isn't "let down" for irrigation, yet. It's part of a vast and complex water system in the Klamath Basin. Danke, aNNa!

It meanders in a lazy manner, so it's lost. There are a lot of marshy areas along it because it's shallow. Because it meanders. Lazily. That's about all I can say about it, except thank you for the star!
