I realize there's no reason to believe this, but somehow my mind assumes that with 9 years, the chairs would all be in disarray, knocked off the tables by animals or some sort of invader.

That's an entertaining image, Don. Crazed mice, pigeons and bats performing major vandalism at Skippers, accompanied by Death Metal on the stereo system!
