Whatever those are for, I don't explore them! Just the basics for me. A lot of them are probably for recording, "On Demand" (pay for movies), picture-in-picture and all kinds of ways to choose this and that, whatever those are. The ones I use:

On/Off
Channel
Volume
Last (go back to the previous thing I was watching)
Info (what is it I'm watching, I forgot)

Except I use one more ... LANG
Which means watch it in the original language ... therefore my American English is coming on in leaps and bounds!
