Three trucks, probably an International in front

Three trucks, probably an International in front
I don't know where the U.S. Navy truck came from. Possibly from a small base in northern Oregon. It closed in 1962, so if this truck is newer than that, it's from somewhere else.

I think the story is this: they broke down and it wasn't worth fixing such old ones, so the County bought new ones (this is a County storage yard). The odd thing is the yellow one, marked U.S. Navy. There is no Navy base anywhere in S. Oregon! I'm not sure there is one anywhere in the whole state.
