Der Praia de Matosinhos (Strand von Matosinhos) ist der grösste Strand in der Nähe von Porto, ab Porto schnell erreichbar mit der Metro. Der Strand ist vor allem bei Surfen beliebt.
Die Wassertemperatur des Atlantiks liegt hier auch im Sommer unter 20 °C.

Hab's nicht ausprobiert! Bin ...
a) keine Wasserratte (also ... nicht mehr!)
b) wollte ich dem Strand entlang zu Fuss zurück Richtung Porto
c) und es gibt sooo vieles zu knipsen, dass ich da keine Zeit mit Strandleben vertrödeln wollte
