Darf ich fragen, wer die abgebildete Person ist?

Denn ich könnte mir vorstellen, das Bild als weiteren Blickfang für die geplante Werbung auf Facebook zu nehmen. Es ist ein großartiges Portrait.
Das Außergewöhnliche wäre, dass wir durch die Bildersprachen gezielt nicht die junge Generation ansprechen, sondern - unerwartet - die ältere. Das passiert in der Werbung sehr selten.

Das alles basiert auf der Idee von Isabel (Xata), die in meiner Vorstellung inzwischen zu eier kleinen Serie wird. Siehe: www.ipernity.com/doc/marketing/50606164/in/group/2603430

Dies geht aber nur, wenn ich der abgebildete Herr zustimmt.

Please to hear that the model has given the permission to publish here. But what about using this image by other than you? Could this become used for example under Creative Commons?

Even when someone allows sharing to Facebook and Twitter, I often hesitate to do so, if the image here is under © All rights reserved.

Thank you for your Iper-Mail and your consent as photographer and copyright holder.
However, in this case there is the special situation that the personal rights of the person photographed are also affected. So before we use the image, we should also obtain the model's consent for this particular use (advertising for ipernity in the proposed editing of the image).
