Glad you like it Gordon. Yes, £19 per person with no concessionaries either, however we had been gifted English Heritage memberships for the year and so it was our first chance to take advantage of that. In reality, I think the charge is not too bad for a day out (especially if you take a picnic) as there is lots to do for a person interested in history, architecture and parks. Maybe a once in a lifetime experience!

We sat on this bench a few weeks ago!! Back then the wild garlic wasn't smelling yet.

Now - isn't that a co-incidence. You will know then what a great walk this was. This was our return section after the 7-bridge walk. The garlic smell was good.
