Loch Katrine – down on the water’s edge.

Loch Katrine – down on the water’s edge.
A walk down to the waters edge here on this northern tip of the loch. If you look carefully you can see a pair of Canadian Geese swimming around. ~ My shoe soles were a bit sticky after this walk. ~ Not troubled by having to Covid socially Isolate around here!

Enjoy full screen. Herb

I have to say that the waters edge looks better from a distance in this case Herb. That mud and debris is not very attractive.

The background however, more than makes up for the mud........and so does the lovely blue sky and white clouds.

For completeness though, you have to show it how it was.........sticky shoes and all..!!

The red mud, I thought was quite attractive but Eileen would not go near it. Great that you liked the overall scene though.

You know how it is Toz, we have to keep looking for something that the casual walker on the main paths won't get to.

I love the colour contrast, Herb, between the foreground and the sky. All the best, Joe

I found the geese when I enlarged, but that just made the mud stickier. :-)

Lange gelitten gestern, aber ohne Tore zu schießen kann man nicht gewinnen.
Glückwunsch, auch zu diesem schönen Foto, Herb!

They can keep company with the Scots and Welsh here. I must admit that it was a very rare thing for me to watch a full football match but I had interest in both teams. I was happy for us to win it, as it has been so long since we won anything meaningful and so it has already boosted the countries moral. I thought it was a good match and Deutschland did play well despite no goals. Thanks for the praise of my photo here too. Nochmal vielen dank mein Freund.

Keep well Uwe (Tchüß), Herbert

This is one that needs to be seen full screen for maximum impact Herb. I love the detail and I can just about make out the geese. Take care. Rosa.
