This is a good walk to get to on a hot day and a very busy place most certainly not a place you can bring a wheel chair as you have to scramble across the side of rocks. The view when you get there of the valley and river beyond is well worth the trip. If there are a lot of cars and busses in the car park this place is going to be busy. This was such a place so many people wanting to get a photo of this iconic place I had to wait for 10 min while a Chinese lady checked her shot of her selfie on her phone and then sent it to the net for all her friends to see...............................................while sitting in the window blocking any one getting a shot..... OF THE WINDOW.

Gudrun, Erhard Bernstein, appo-fam, Tractacus and 12 other people have particularly liked this photo

Not my style but I know what you mean, It was the grumbling of the others in the que while I stood on the rock ready to get my shot that really got me. 2 shots and I was gone.

A very likeable image Steve. A great view of the valley through here and I can see why it would be a popular stopping off point. I too have stamped my foot in frustration when somebody is taking selfies of a scene in the only good P.O.V position and then as you witnessed, they spend even more time sending their shot all over the place with a long drawn out message. I could not hold my tongue on at least one occasion.

Good luck in the CWP. Herb

Its a great place sadly over peopled these days, you are right from the reaction of the people waiting. It seemed the best photo to open with leads the way for others to follow. Many thanks.
