Blue Horse Head Nebula IC4592 & Red Wine

Blue Horse Head Nebula IC4592 & Red Wine
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IC_4592

This is a target that is shot out of city lights and pollution, But what the heck just go for it I have never shied away from a challenge. This a reflection nebula the light comes from the bright blue stars in the nebula.

This is version 3 one and two this morning I just did not like so sat down this afternoon to try and make it look more real not a cartoon. Armed with a Full glass of red wine I thought what did I not like how can I simply make it better this is one hour later taking the steps thinking and slowly.

This is one I have always wanted to do but knew its not quite what you should do in the city better out in the black of country. Enjoy the Blue Horse

Apart from hours of planning, setting up and then working on post photography, the obvious key to it all is a good glass of red, Steve…;-)
Breathtaking…well done…Diana

You have no idea just how true that was I was able to stop and look at it while I had a sip. The result speaks for itself not a recommended target for city folk.

The 267 lt of red was hard fought in itself, the very hot 43c days we had in a row turned grapes into raisins, everybody's grapes withered on the vine like ours. Trying to get a red was hard work grape or even juice. We got lucky we got some juice to top up our crushed grapes in the end we had 50% shiraz 50% mixed white grape/ Red granage. I can tell you what a beautiful mix... Unlike my brothers in law I have one S/ steel Barrel it all get mixed as one.

This time of year its try a buy a clear night thankfully I did get three full nights of data. Welcome to share in the red but glad you did enjoy the picture and story that went with it.

If that's what a large glass of red wine helps to produce, I must try it, Steve. This is magical.
