Taken in december 1968 by the Apollo 8 crew (they did not land on the moon). This picture made many people become aware of the environmental dangers for the inhabitants of planet earth. The beginning of the green movement.

Ja, habe gesehen, wenn man "earthrise" in Google Bilder eingibt, erscheint das Bild gefühlte 367 mal! ;-)
