Les pins ne vivent pas longtemps ici. Ils meurent et sont remplacés par d'autres espèces. L'ouragan a abattu de nombreux pins morts. Merci beaucoup pour ta visite et commentaire, Danielle.

Yes, I am sure the tree had been dead for several years. Some more resilient tree will replace it, I hope.

Don't miss the hurricanes ... NC gets feeder bands and the eastern part of the state is low = so it floods .. we are high in the Piedmont/Central area ..

None of us in this part of the world is safe, Peggy. This was much worse here than was Katrina, although neither was a hurricane when it hit.
