I think these probably bloomed without anyone seeing them for many years. I noticed them a few years ago, so I look for them at this spot in the forest in late summer. Thanks for the visit, Jocelyne. Best wishes for the new week.

They are in an area of the forest that hasn't been disturbed in a long time. I have a swing hanging from an old oak tree, and I noticed the flowers nearby while I was swinging a few years ago.
