Dragonflies laying eggs

Lowsy photo; good story. These two dragonflies were flying in tandem laying eggs in this patch of algae. A fish jumped out of the water and caught them. I never saw the dragonflies again.
Added 5 July: Some other dragonflies were laying eggs in a nearby patch of algae. A fish jumped, but missed them.
