.... bin wieder da, und dachte, ich hätte lang genug nix zum Rätseln beigetragen.
Hab`ich also wieder alte Festplatten durchforstet (suche immer noch meine Graffitis !) und dabei dieses nette Detail aufgetan. - Fußfetischisten dürfen sich jetzt outen.

Yes. I was amazed to see another foot like this when checking pictures of my friends.

I also tried to find the answer to your question, but so far no luck. I really don't know what famous(?)statue this is in your picture. But I found very funny examples around the world when browsing through Google image search results. Maybe I should start some of those traditions in the local park, like starting to rub some statues nose on daily bases...
