Yep you knew from long ago I had an ambition to go there and go we did,a great day out only marred by the little fella with the diversion sign leaping out on us all the time

i have visited Dartmoor at least three times. So much rugged natural beauty there. It is no surprise that several well known Novel Authors have used it in part as a setting.

I went there many years ago. Lovely, in a rugged, quiet kind of way. Mind you, I didn't stray too far from the car, I'm easily lost! lol

Me too Fran, with the bogs etc it would be very easy to get stuck and then have the mist rolling in and it wouldn't be long before you're lost
