Just wanted to say Happy New Year to you all and to apologise for not being on here much these last few days. Been sort of busy here and both Mandi and I needed just to ''chill'' [though with the temperatures here we were ''chilling'' more than we wanted to].

So to roughly condense what's been happening - we went shopping just to get some supplies in [vodka and meat] while they were on special offer and one day the weather was lovely and sunny but very very cold, so we went down to the beach.

We sat on some rocks, because they've now removed the wooden platform of the Lifeguards hut, and I now fully understand why they say 'stone cold'. Boy was my bum cold - and it was for a long time - way after we got home.

Mandi and I stayed indoors for New Year's Eve and on the stroke of midnight we were sitting in her bedroom, window open because it was quite mild, and watched the fireworks from the quayside down the valley. Considering it's a smallish town, they really do put on a good display for New Year.

I really do hope you all have a wonderful 2015. I know we all have our own problems, that we tend to try and manage them on our own, I do hope that by our friendships we can either share our troubles or else have a laugh and have time we can forget them. Either way - I feel very blessed to have you all in my life. Roll on 2015.
