The marathon has started again! Though I won’t be running 26 miles 385 yards … there will be a lot of days where it will feel like it! I thought the marathon analogy was appropriate since the first official day of the house listing was the same as the running of the Boston Marathon. We took the house off the market last winter for two reasons: 1) I needed a break from all the showings. 2) We were going to add a bathroom which seemed to be a sticking point with a lot of the potential buyers. Unfortunately, we had the worst winter weather in 20 years and it put us way behind schedule on the bathroom addition. We are in the process of putting it in while still working our way around all the showings.
