Help
Hello Ipernity friends. I have a little problem I’d like some help with. I’m currently in a photography slump and I’m sure some of you have experienced the same thing at one time or another. I have a long list of excuses, camera has been acting up, it’s winter in NJ and everything is cold and grey, January’s Florida trip was cut short due to a family situation and that’s usually a good source of photo opportunities, blah, blah, blah…. I’m thinking a good weekly challenge group might be the motivation I need so suggestions would be great. Any tips on how you’ve overcome a slump would be welcome too. Thanks in advance.

I have got over past slumps via photographing the household pets, setting up "still life" and colour compositions and other self-challenges.
Ed Letts club has replied to StoneRoad2013 clubI carry a small notebook everywhere and jot down things I see, and ideas for photos. There will always be something you like.
Maybe do a couple of on-line photography courses, don't take them too seriously though, take them just for fun.
Also have a look at YouTube..........there are thousands of photograph related videos on there, some better than others. Maybe try one on pet photography for some tips on photographing your cat!
Finally, have a Google (other search engines are available) and see if there are any camera clubs near you.........if not maybe there's an on-line one?
Best of luck..............I'm sure you'll get your Mojo back soon :-))
