Return the list of members who have faved a document.

• This method call does not require authentication.
• "read" permission is necessary to access to private docs.

api_key	∗	Your api_key.
doc_id	∗	The ID of the document to get the member faves list for.
per_page		The number of records to return on each page. (Default is 10, maximum is 100)
page		The page of results to return.

1	Document not found	The document ID is invalid or insufficient permissions to view this doc.
