Here are the rules for This is now!

By joining this group, the participant agrees that his/her photo can be shown on a public LED-Screen in Berlin (Kurfürstendamm). A claim for the publication on the LED wall does not exist.



The user is not allowed to use any photos which violate the rights of others or photos which have a defaming, offensive, obscene, sexual, threatening, pestering, violent or violent glorifying nature. Also, photos which may instigate political or racist violence are forbidden. Respectively, it is prohibited to use a photo which promotes the competitions products or contradicts laws and regulations, personal rights or is against good morals.



In addition, the Ford-Work GmbH reserves the right to remove any inappropriate entries without prior notification and/or reasoning. The user has to ensure that the chosen picture will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any other party (in particular copyright and trademark laws) or any other laws and regulations.


If the Ford-Work GmbH is held responsible for a breach of intellectual property rights or for any other breach due to the photo used, the user will exempt the Ford-Work from any liability and cover any necessary legal costs.
