Here are the rules for Group Guidelines

By participating in this group, you agree to always discuss fairly and objectively and to refrain from making defamatory or judgemental comments about other group members.

The aim is to reach a consensual result that will then be proposed to the ima team for implementation.

If no consensus can be reached on individual discussion points, the majority opinion should be proposed.

Dissenting minority opinions can be noted in the minutes if desired.
