Vor kurzem gab es einen Bericht im Fernsehen. Thema: "Knöllchen" in Frankreich. Sollte man eine gebührenpflichtige Verwarnung erhalten, muss man mit der Karte, die hinter den Scheibenwischer geklemmt wurde, in einen solchen Verkaufsladen für Tabak gehen, bezahlt dort für eine Gebührenmarke, klebt diese und eine Briefmarke auf die Karte und wirft das in einen Briefkasten.
