Drie zwerfkeien op de voorgrond in mistig Arnhems stadspark Klarenbeek

Fresh fruit and greenery gel together here along with the golden candelabra to create the perfect still-life scene. Somehow even the coffee cup with obvious signs of having just been drunk from, adds to the scene too. Yes, Still-life like it should be here, but in all honesty I cannot take the full credit for composing the scene as it was part of a very much bigger picture seen on my travels some years back. Pokeweed berries and an apple. The pokeweed turned up by itself in the garden. It's the first time we have had it. The berries are attractive but toxic to humans

Seen on our Yorkshire Dales short holiday. The first water encountered on this walk. The Pecca Falls is the name given to a set of waterfalls on the River Twiss in Swilla Glen, near Ingleton.
