Overtoun Bridge from the North East

I remember some other photos about this bridge. Very strange story.

Yes, Dani, this a very strange place. I recently read a book in which the author claims it is the ghost of Lady Overtoun that causes the dogs to jump. Cheers, Joe

I don't believe in ghosts!! Better not to pass the bridge with a dog, that's the best to do.

I walk over this bridge all the time, Dani, and I have never seen a dog jump. I have seen lots of dogs, not on a lead, walk across the bridge. Cheers, Joe

Did you ever know people that saw it or heard of someone that saw it? If not , then it's a legend like many others, like that of the ghost of the lady.

Yes, Dani, I have met people whose dogs have jumped from the bridge. I was the photographer at my friend's book launch. One of the speakers was a dog owner whose dog leapt from the bridge and survived. There are documentaries on Youtube, where you can listen to the accounts of some of the dog owners. Cheers, Joe
