Panoramas

Panorama shots I'm slowly digging out of old collections and stitching together using Hugin (highly recommended). Many of these are not cropped, because doing so would cut off interesting parts of the image (see the Sjonarnipa images for illustration of this). The trick appears to be taking source images as close to 35mm full-frame focal length (24 on the sub-frame Nikon D80 and D7000 used here) -- where the source images were around 22-24mm sub-frame, the resulting panoramas require very little cropping.
