Wow, congratulations on you willpower and achievement. Sorry to say, i didn't have your willpower. I eventually ate it all despite the resolution. Now a year later, I'm still trying to undo the "damage". I'll use you for inspiration!

Thanks for the advice. Don't have a smart phone (I'm somewhat of a dinosaur), but I will look into the fitbit.com.
