Finally ...
... I'm back to proper walks!! Herself has put away the strapping and today we walked into town and back and She never limped once. Hooray!
She says that all your good wishes helped and She's going to try hard never to strain her Achilles tendon again, Hope she doesn't; it's boring sitting around doing nothing.
