It's a sign! (Life of Brian)
If I haven't mentioned it before, Somerset is a quirky county and nowhere more so than on the levels. Many of the old style roadsigns have been retained and are kept in good repair. I love their character and hope they continue to quirk for a long time.
This one just up the road in Somerton.

MaggsMep club has replied to Rosalyn Hilborne clubMaggsMep club has replied to Marco F. Delminho clubThere are quite a lot of other weird and/or rude names; Piddletrenthide, Crapstone, Loosebottom in England; Scotland has Lost, Dull and Brokenwind; N.Ireland has Strangalwilly to name but a few.The most famous comes from Wales - Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch.
Please don't swallow your tongue trying to pronounce the last one ... ;-))

MaggsMep club has replied to Roger (Grisly) clubI usually don't go via Somerton, I go via High Ham and cross the levels on the very unlevel Nythe Rd to Pedwell and turn right!!
