Wow!...........definitely worth viewing large. I'm guessing that underneath the water there is a walkway leading to the picnic table.

As you know I've been in Cornwall helping my parents through a tricky time and the weather has been mainly atrocious! Even if I did have the time to get out for a cliffpath stroll now and again (which I don't), it would not have been worthwhile, so no great loss in the end!
Remind me where the River Loddon is please as I once knew but have since long forgot!
Very effective shot in b/w, btw!

The Lodden rises in Basingstoke, this part is in Twyford, Berkshire a mile or so before it joins the Thames.
Whereabouts in Cornwall are you?
