Salvaged dual N-MOSFETs

I removed these from old Li-Ion batteries. They were part of the protection circuit. The one on the right has more gate capacitor leakage. You can see the gate discharge within seconds. The other ones keep the charge much longer.

Logic level, 30mΩ on-resistance, capable of a couple of Amps ;-)
