Cast-on front bed setting

setting used for cast-on.
First cast on with waste yarn and assure all needles are knitting. Might require a bit of hands on before they do.
finish wast knitting with knitting 1 row only front bed followed by knitting back bed. This to ease the unravel of the waste. Now assure you have 1m yarn extra of new yarn before you knit (used for cast of later on) and knit 2 rows loosely with the yarn of the item.
When the scarf is done I cast of by hand using regular knitting needles and the 1m strand : )
