Description: Polyphemos squatting on his heels, elbows resting on knees. Naked and pot-bellied. Holding a one-handled wine cup in his left hand. Beared and with a single, large eye perched above his brow. Whole front colored deep red.

Provenance: By 1901: with E. P. Warren (according to Warren's records: Bought in Paris: said from Boeotia); purchased by MFA from E. P. Warren, December 1901
