Description: Caricature of Polyphemos, reclining. Holds a bowl in his left hand. Part of a group related to the Kabirion Sanctuary of Thebes.

Dark red on body. White slip well preserved. Badly incrusted. Feet repaired, with restorations behind.

Provenance: By 1901: with E. P. Warren (according to Warren's records: Bought in Paris: said from Thebes); purchased by MFA from E. P. Warren, December 1901
