This is the unprepossessing inside of a cardigan coat which I was given last Christmas. I love wearing it. The second PiP is another idea, but I didn't have enough time to do the jigsaw this morning.

Much of the seafront at Sheringham is backed by concrete walls that are essential to stop the sea washing the town away, but aren't intrinsically attractive. Steadily they seem to be being decorated with murals. This mural was painted by Colin Seal, and is based on old photos of real characters.

Saturday Self Challenge: Eyes. Your subject can be a person, an animal or even a teddy bear. Get in close and show us some detail and emotion. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and the camera certainly does lie. I see his gentle eyes every day, and have done for almost 35 years, and I have never once noticed all the wrinkles and imperfections. The camera has not managed to find the soul.
