I'm jumping anonymously through your gallery right now, but nearly 500 pages is not a little bit. So I only take every fifth or seventh. There are a lot of pictures I like and only a few that I'm not so interested in. Since I wasn't logged in, I couldn't award any stars or write comments yet.
But this picture made me pause: it is very original and hits the mood of anticipation extraordinarily well. I also like the bright and calm background to it. A very good work!
Taken in 2009 - the child should be around 11 now. I wonder how it and the mother are doing?
