:) Thanks. This picture started as a check of the HDR process on board the Olympus OM-D E-M1 camera. In fact I thought it was much flatter than I liked. I started playing with it in PSP and the noise was the last thing I added, to give it a unified texture (and to diminish the fact that the bicyclist was not very sharp). I think you are right, though -- it's probably too noisy!
