Native orchids of North America #3

Two days in the Pisgah National Forest near Brevard, North Carolina and along the Blue Ridge Parkway in several counties of the western North Carolina mountains. The wildflowers up there are just spectacular this summer -- especially the orange Turk's-cap Llies. My favorite haunts along the Parkway are the wet drip faces of the road-cut cliffs.
