Calopogon barbatus (Bearded Grass-pink orchid)

Day trip to the Green Swamp Preserve to photograph Calopogon barbatus or Bearded Grass-pink orchid. This is an early-blooming native orchid that is found in grassy savannahs along the southeastern Atlantic Coastal Plain.
