Another view from the opera house

Another view from the opera house
... witzigerweise GENAU an dieser Stelle (wo die Kunstinstallation im Oslofjord vertäut ist) tauchten in der Serie "Beforeigners" die Wikinger neben dem Boot der Schulabsolventinnen auf.

I couldn't get a good photo of this sculpture, Heidi. Hun Ligger (She Lies) is a public sculpture by Monica Bonvicini made of stainless steel and glass panels measuring approximately 12 metres (39 ft) by 17 metres (56 ft) by 16 metres (52 ft) next to the Oslo Opera House, in Norway.
The sculpture with Oslo Opera House in the background

It is a permanent installation, floating on the water in the fjord on a concrete platform, rising 12 metres (39 ft) above the water surface. The sculpture turns on its axis in line with the tide and wind, offering changing experiences through reflections from the water and its transparent surfaces

Oh, thank you so much, Amelia !
Now 2 years are gone - and I missed to get some informations about the installation.
So I'm glad now to read your description.
Yes, during our stay a few times we passed this area around the opera house. Always the sunlight reflected too much. Only in a late evening (11 p.m.) I luckily catched a moment for this shot.
