The stationmaster's house, facing West to the station rather than North to the road. The Up end of the platform is just to the left of the photo. Jerilderie's railway station. Trains stop running through here in the 80s. The station is now leased as a private residence, as is the the stationmaster's house. The station building has been maintained in good order and the house less so but still ok according to its tenant. The rails are covered with vegetation and the timber sleepers are decaying. Signalling and line wire are missing. January 2017.
