My only radio @ 8/2013. I bought this in 1985 when I was first licenced, it was the latest and greatest. Seen here are the main controls. The PTT, frequency offset, TX power switch and 1.75KHz tone switch are on the side. The frequency shown is 146.675MHz.

True, it's 144 - 148MHz. Terrestrial FM is in 146 - 148 and 146.5 is the recommended FM simplex calling.
