Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) consists of 36 dome-like peaks spread out over 8.37 square miles in the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park in Australia. It is composed of a conglomerate of various types of rocks including basalt and granite held together in sandstone.

It is a sacred place to the Aboriginal people. For more information, see witcombe.sbc.edu/sacredplaces/olgas.html.
