Chamaelobivia is a hybrid between Echinopsis chamaecereus ("Peanut cactus") and lobivia cactus. Flowers are to 3" in diameter, rose-colored with purple highlights. Becomes dormant in summer heat. Native to mountainous regions of South America. Provide bright light. Hardy to 25 F - protect from frost. Water thoroughly when soil is dry.
