Golden evening in Chapel Stile
Evening sunshine brings golden light to the village of Chapel Stile, Great Langdale, in the English Lake District. The cleft in the fell side behind the village is Meg's Gill.

It was very quiet and still; no-one about or moving around. I think they were all indoors watching the football World Cup!
