Just perfect white sandy beaches here. Completely unspoiled.

The rock in this locality is Lewisian Gneiss which has been more than usually deformed in the Cansip Shear Zone, a band of sheared and deformed gneiss which extends several miles ESE inland.

The perfect beach- thank god the water is cold so the crowds stay away;-)

Yes - it's lovely here. Surprisingly, the water is not that cold due to the influence of the Gulf Stream. But you're right about the sun-seeking crowds. This is definitely not a place where you could lounge around in a bikini!
