Prague Jalta Hotel (#0640b)
A cropped version of the previous picture, highlighting the statues along the first floor. For some reason I had assumed that architecture of the Communist era would be very dark and brutalist, but as I learned in Berlin several years ago, such is not the case. More detail of the statues in adjacent pictures.
