Rotterdam de Calypso (#0182)

Just around the corner from my hotel, this was my first sight on most days. The way the building with the irregular facade caught the light made it always interesting; surprisingly it isn’t mentioned in the various websites about architectural ‘wonders’ in Rotterdam. From what I can gather it is part of a larger complex that includes the red building, is apparently called “de Calypso” and was once a Holiday Inn.
