Portland port (#0483)
A bulk cargo carrier of some sort, possibly oil, on the Columbia. This doesn't look like a wheat carrier, but Portland is the largest wheat export site in the United States.
Note that the Port of Vancouver, WA is just across the Columbia from the Port of Portland, so this ship maybe waiting for a birth in that port.
