Reconstruction of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, from just above the Yerba Buena Island tunnel. Comparing this to older nearby pictures (taken in Sept. 2009) you can see that more parts of the old bridge have been removed and that the structure of the new bridge is beginning to close the gap.
